Njukang Asong is a multi-talented professional, who wears many hats as an Entrepreneur, Investor, HR Specialist, motivational speaker, philanthropist, and community leader. With a background in Banking, Finance, and Human Resources, he brings a wealth of experience in the financial and HR sectors, having worked with various private sector companies and local government organizations.
As the Co-owner and managing partner of Spectrum Lounge Restaurant and Lounge in Beltsville, Maryland, he has successfully built the largest African-owned fine dining and entertainment restaurant in Maryland and North America. He has also expanded his business portfolio to include other restaurants, lounges, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he is a member of the first African Diaspora Advisory Board in Prince George’s County, serving as a bridge between the African community and the County Executive’s Office.
Njukang is a dedicated advocate for the African Diaspora, working towards creating a better future through his philanthropic and community building efforts. He values education and supports young people in realizing their potential and is also committed to promoting economic empowerment and helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Presently, Njukang is serving as the President of The Friendship Circle (TFC), where he is responsible for executing the organization’s mission, managing its finances and programs, and supervising its human capital. He is a Manchester United fan and currently resides in Maryland with his family.
Lekefua Leonard is popularly known as Ballack Le Tendancier a.k.a Grandma’s Boy is a polymath, a mélomane, a great dancer and altruist. He is intrinsically versatile and has his fingers in so many pies including but not limited to a career involvement in tech, fashion & stylist, branding, blogging, agriculture, photography and hands-on parenting. He is the founder and owner of Today’s Technology Solutions that focuses on IT and Brand consultancy
Leonard is a pioneer member of The Friendship circle (TFC) and also the longest serving executive personnel still currently serving as Secretary General. He also cofounded Mutengene United States of America residents (MUSAR) in 2013 which is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization for those who hail from the town of Mutengene, SWR Cameroon currently residing in the US. Since creation, MUSAR has been phenomenal in community building, financial assistance and charity projects in Mutengene. Leonard is also a fashion aesthete and enthusiast. He is the founder and creative designer of one of the fastest growing men’s fashion brand NZOTTO COUTURE. He also cofounded Nyollos Ventures branded as nyollos which is a Common Initiative Group (CIG) focusing on agriculture investment and innovation in Cameroon.
He grew up in Mutengene, studied Banking & Finance and Sociology & Anthropology in University of Buea, Cameroon before moving to the US in September of 2009.
George Ayompe is a highly skilled and multi-faceted individual with a diverse background in several fields. He served in the US Army for 8 years and has honed his photography skills through a deep-seated passion for capturing the world around him. With a comprehensive education in political science, law, information technology, supply chain management, and health information management, he has a wealth of experience both in private sector companies and with the US government.

Esombe Elad is a corporate technology executive who has helped transformed many companies from legacy monolithic structures to the next generation of innovative and flexible platforms that embrace the evolution of people, processes, and technology. This experience in managing disparate teams, projects, people, and complex tasks has equipped him with vital tools that can be an asset to any association.
Esombe has over 12 years of extensive experience in systems, Web, Cloud, networking, and information security. He has a strong technical background with a solid history of delivering excellent customer service and genuine commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He has been recognized as the “go-to-person” for immediate resolution of technical issues. He also has experience in planning and overseeing projects from conception to successful completion.

Leonard (Leo) Djomgoue is a Philanthropist, entrepreneur and father of two beautiful girls. With an educational background in IT, he has an extensive experience working with multiple industries including healthcare, finance, and the other public sectors. He loves to travel, likes witty comedy, and is a soccer sports fan. Passion and purpose is his drive.

Eugen Nkede (Alhadji) is an Entrepreneur, Investor, IT Engineer and a Philanthropist. As as expert within information technology, he held multiple roles in the industry that includes the private and public sector.
He is the Owner and CEO OF Safari Lux Lounge located in Charlotte NC. The most popular, upscale and biggest African owned Lounge in North Carolina. Providing upscale nightlife entertainment in the Queen City. He is also the CEO of Alhadji Spicy Suya Restaurant, providing find dinning, especially with its signature mouthwatering Alhadji Spicy Suya in the heart of the city of Charlotte NC.
He is a community leader, philanthropist, a strong believer in community outreach, committed in helping the less and underprivileged. He is also a strong advocate for economic empowerment and is committed to helping entrepreneurs and business owners succeed.
Eugen Nkede is currently the Chief Whip of The Friendship Circle (TFC) with a two year mandate. As Chief Whip, he reminds members of their financial obligations to the association, he enforces sanctions, fines payment and overseas the total respect and allegiance to the association’s bylaws by all.
